Shopping Assistance

Providing personal shopping services, including grocery runs and prescription collections.

• Internet, Computers, Tablets and Mobile Phones – my experience is predominantly with Microsoft Windows / Office and Android. I do not have much Apple product experience. However, I probably have the ability to achieve what you need. Migration to a new mobile phone, tablet or PC.

• Backing up photos or documents – cloud storage or USB drive.

• Computing functions and knowledge - provide user computer skills tuition. e.g. setting up an email address, using social media, searching for jobs online, finding government and council information online and guiding through online shopping.

• Installation of software applications – e.g. want to start using WhatsApp on your mobile device or computer.

• Website creation – I made this website, my first one.

• Drawing Plans – as an engineer I created engineering drawings and have used these skills in my personal life to design or convey information to contractors. See example drawings on this page.

• CCTV Security – I have experience with commercial and residential CCTV security systems. Integration of camera doorbells.

• Formal letter/report writing – perhaps you need to write a complaint, go through an Ombudsman or complaint resolution agency.
